Shorty Headers For A 1007 Classic 6.0?

I have a 2007 Classic 2500 HD with the 6.0. I am seriously thinking about a set of shorty headers, probably JBA.

I am not sure about getting stainless or ceramic coated....I have heard the ceramic will rust...I dunno.

Any suggestions are surely appreciated...thanks....

shorty headers are not worth wasting money on, there will be no sound difference or any gain in power. Longtube headers are the only way to go thats worth it, massive sound, and power gains.

I have heard a lot of pro and cons about short tube versus long tube headers.....

From the research I have done over the past 4-5 weeks indicate that the true dyno difference is less than 5 hp....not much for the extra bucks and work to install.

I put Gibson shorty headers on a 2000 Dodge Ram with a 360 V8....the increase in performance was better than the chip I installed. I was greatly impressed and am looking forward to similar gains with the 6.0 Chevy.

I was happy with the stainless steel, but I was just wondering about the ceramic coating....worth it??
