I'm a Machinist and Assembler for General Electric Transportation Division.  I build V-8, V-12 and V-16 diesel engines for locomotives...  (some engines are also used in tugboats and ferries while others are used as stationary power...)

I also have a bachelors degree in Computer Science with a minor in math (neither of which I'm using right now)

I do AutoCAD drafting, also.  Working for a small architectural firm, I get to do some design too, but mostly just drafting the designs of others.  From remodelling to new construction, mostly schools and city offices, but a couple hi-end residential projectshave come thru.  Also do some network administration, although that is only because nobody else wants to.... I get a nice computer, with a good DSL connection, so the web is a nice distraction ;)

Im also in CADD.  I do PDS modeling, Microstation, and AutoCadd.  I work for a engineering firm in the power division.  I mostly use PDS to route ductbank and cable tray.  And also use Microstation for the 2d stuff.  Im a AutoCadd person at heart but there isnt enough work in this department to have me working in AutoCadd all the time.  But I like 3D so I dont mind using PDS.

I'm active duty military (Navy). Currently I'm Leading Petty Officer and an Instructor for the CV/CVN class ship Computer/Peripheral Maintenance course of instruction (main frame CPU's and related equipment).

In a previous life, I was a draftsman. I worked in '74 as a draftsman at a foundry. No such thing as Auto-Cad then. As a matter of fact, my chief engineer had the first hand-held calculator I had ever seen. It was a Hewlet-Packard that sold for 450 bucks. Couldn't sit at a desk and draw all day.

I am currently a college student working towards a BS in Education, specialty Social Studies 5-12.

During the summer I go back to the job I had before I quit work and returned to school, Water Treament Plant Operator and water line/meter maintenance.

I also have a AAS in Criminal Justice that I will probably never use, unless I got into teaching in a correctional education facility.
