I don't really understand your question.

If your asking will the dealer cover the repair for your code I would take it on a case by case. If it looks like your particular exhaust caused the issue I wouldn't cover it, if it has nothing to do with it I'd cover it. If you take it to one place and they say no take it to another. It takes alot to get us to universally void a warranty. It really depends on what you modified.
