I don't know the lift and duration but the Extreme used the same engine as other S10s without modification. Drivetrain wise they were the same trucks. Pretty technical question. Summitracing.com or Jegs.com might have the answer.

well, i have had the truck for a year now and ive done headers, exhaust, intake, custom tune, 3:73s, and im getting ready to take it to the next level with a cam. The ones off of summit are all .500 lift and i need to know the stock lift so i know what i need to do with the rest of the valve train. Im used to working on 350s, this is my first v6.

That's pretty cool stuff. As you know the 4.3 is a 350 with 2 less cylinders. Perhaps somebody here can help out with the stock specs. Good luck.
