Front Bumper Corners

so i think my topic got messed up????

Anyway, short story. the left front of my bumper got ran into today at work. To match the right front which got ran into a few months back... besides that im really pissed off.... Do the corners just pop off of these bumpers??? or what, they are big scuffs , that are as deep as the plastic, so theres no buffing out... anyway, maybe this will work and clear up this confusion...
