Flushing Radiator And Heater Core

'99 Silverado 140k miles, flushed once and replaced with OEM dex cool, any issues with replacing dex cool with either amsoil, or basic green stuff?

At 140K I think I would stick with what has gotten you this far. A good flush and refill with Dexcool... I've run it in everything for years with zero problems.

Just in case you do not trust the crazy clown, I too would go with Dexcool.
