Electrical Help Need On Door Locks

Just bought a 1995 Sierra K1500; problem when I turn on the ignition the doors unlock when I turn it off the doors lock. I’m thinking this is backwards.

My guess would be a body control module bad, or a bad ground or something somewhere

Sounds like a bad ground/corroded wire somewhere. Just to be on the safe side, try unplugging your negative battery terminal for thirty minutes and see if the problem self-corrects.
