Are Nbs Regcab And Ext Cab Doors The Same Size?

I'm wondering if the doors are the same size on a Reg Cab and an Ext Cab. If so, I could purchase those Side Window Weather Deflectors for just the front doors on my Ext Cab.

When I ordered the Weatherflectors for my GMT-900 GMC Ext. Cab, they did not have the ones for the rear doors, and I ordered the ones for the doors on a regular cab, and they fit fine. I later ordered the ones for the rear doors separately.
