Interior Leak

I just purchased my truck as many of you guys saw and I noticed that my carpet was getting wet. The drivers side floor on the left side where it dips was getting wet when I drove it after a rain storm. I took the plastic molding off the floor and pulled the carpet up. The insulation was wet and there is some sort of plastic that runs up the dash and under it is a white foam. That foam was just as soaked. I brought it to my dealer and told them about it and they took it in. I told them it had looked like the windsheild had been replaced. I got it back tonight and was told it was fixed. The body shop manager said it was from the rear vent on the drivers side. The vent is for the cabin pressure. He said water was running down the back and getting into the channel on the drivers side. He siliconed it up and put it back in. Does this sound possible or will I have to bring it back it? Thanks again

Also check the rear window plastic bezel as it tends to crack and allow water to enter through the rear window.
