Do all z71 ext cabs have 3rd doors if not when did thay start thank you for your help

The 3rd doors started coming out as an option in 1996 (I think? maybe '95?) By 1998 I think they were all standard with the 3rd door. The 4 door extra cabs started coming out in 2002 (or maybe 2001). 2003 and up all had standard 4 door extra cabs.

 

It didn't matter if they were Z71's or not.

4 doors were optional in 2000, standard in 2001+ Ext. Cabs.
