if anyone is interested, old navy is getting rid the 1950's style pickup truck that they used for displays in all their stores. these trucks all have good bodies and many of them have brand new chrome and glass. go to ebay and check type in 1950 chevrolet, tons of hits come up...

 

p.s. these trucks dot not have engines trans etc.. just body really..

Wow...I always wondered about those. Wonder how much they'll go for, and more importantly how much it'd take to get back to original condition. I don't imagine it'd be worth it to restore back to OEM, but might make a cool hot rod with an LS1 or something. If it just body and frame I could see myself giving a couple grand for them but thats probably it. They'd need an awful lot.

yea i was thinking samething, im sure they want more than the body is actually worth, and take a lot to get them running. full restore to oem would take alot of time and money i'd guess. it stripped. but depending what ur looking for could be ideal.
