'03 Silverado Vent Valve/solenoid Error Code

Wife just drove back from Texas and her check engine light is on. Autozone pulled the code for me and it says it is the Vent Valve/Solenoid. I didn't see the actual code number because of glare on the code machine but the tech cross referrence the number to their handy dandy code book. What's the best (cheapest) way to start looking?

I had that on my '03 just recently, it probably is that vent solenoid. The part I got was and updated part and it is near/around the gas tank(one of our dealer techs installed it for me). Part#19152345 costs about $160.00 plus installation. We typically get about $350.00 for the whole job.
