What exactly is that?

Cracker [krak-er]

Originally used as a term by British generals in letters home to make fun of Southern American wheat farmers who turned there wheat into crackers to survive the winter.

Redneck [red-nek]

Term derived from someone who spends a lot of time laboring outdoors and receives a "red neck" from the sun.
