Hid's....help!

Hey guys....installing the HID harness that I ordered a week or two ago today...its that one from SUV Lights that we had on here a couple weeks ago...anyway, I've got it all powered, but my left ballast won't turn on when hooked to the new harness....however the ballast will turn on when hooked back to factory wiring. Same for foglamps and such, I just can't get them to go on the left side. I've tried swapping, etc and nothing fixes the problem. I've checked fuses and everything is fine..I even have power on all the plugs...

 

What gives? Any help would be appreciated...truck is all tore apart right now as I am working on the install...
