Help 2004 Z71

Noticed yesterday that when driving at a low contant rpm, doesn't matter speed or gear, atleast drive and overdrive. Truck seems to shutter when you hit a upgrade or slight hill, never does it on downhill or normal acceleration. Truck has been drove mostly easy, no big loads and only has 38000 miles? Kinda stumped, this is my 5th z71 all with zero problems.......any suggestions?

I also have a '04 Z/71, but have not had any problems with the tranny. I have 98000 miles and still rolling. Good luck!

There may be a TSB for this. My 04 Z71 used to shudder every now and then at seemingly random times. Felt like the trans was slipping. It ended up being a program bug that cause a weak shift. I'll see if I can find the TSB number. It involved a PCM reprogram.
