2500 Lift Kit

I have a 1992 GMC 2500 truck that I am looking to put a suspension lift on. I would like to put the largest lift possible that would not affect my trucks performance too much. What brand, kinf, and size would you recommend? I am not too experienced at these types of things so about how long would it take to install, and how difficult? Also, would i need any more parts besides what comes with the lift kit?

First off welcome Brad! Hmm largest lift without affecting performance.. That depends on how much you can live with. What do you have for an engine in it and gears? I'm guess it is a 4wd but you didn't say. Pro Comp is good, in your other post you asked about a 6". You can run 35s with that. On the install, if you are not too mechanically inclined, atleast 12 hours depending on how rusty it is. IMO let the professionals do it, but it will cost an arm and a leg for it. Do you have the right tools to get the job done? Jacks, torque wrench?

Here is a superlift install instructions
