Hello, today when i ran my defroster I noticed a clunk sound every 5-10 seconds that got annoying, when i got to where i had to be i opened the hood and noticed the Air Compressor was turning on every 5-10 seconds and then immediately turning off.

Can someone let me know whats going on? am i low on coolant or is this an electrical problem?

thanks!

The compressor is designed to cycle when in defrost. Keeps it lubricated in the winter time.

Don

yes, but not every 5-10 seconds :shakehead: .. again, it was simply low on coolant
