Will stock 6 lug wheels from an 88-98 fit a 76 6 lug Blazer? are they the same bolt pattern?

Will stock 6 lug wheels from an 88-98 fit a 76 6 lug Blazer? are they the same bolt pattern?

 

 

I doubt it, but haven't tried it. The 88-current 6-lug offset is positive. The bolt pattern is the same but it stops there. I'm not sure about the wheel center bore diameter, but the offset will probably tuck the wheel to far towards the frame and rub. Not sure but there may also be a tie rod end issue. Get a friend with a newer truck to allow you to do a test fit one Sat.

8 lugs off a '74 wouldn't fit '99.

If the newer wheels did bolt up without hitting anything (doubtful) they would sit way inside the wheel wells compared to the factory wheels. Vehicle would have a much narrower track. I'm sure you couldn't turn the front wheels very far unless you ran some really small tires. .
