Yes, mine does the same thing. I brought it to the dealer and heard the usual "can't replicate problem". It only does it like you say, if I have a head wind, or it's windy in general outside.

Anybody have a whistle noise at 70 MPH. My 2008 Silverado Crew has on at 70 mph with a head wind. Any ideas?

Manual windows?

I had the same problem on my work truck.

After about a week (I rarely open the windows) I discovered that once you crank it all the wat to the top and it is snug you still have to turn it a little further until it pops into place.

Lots of door sealing issues have been popping up on all 900 series trucks and SUVs. There are TSBs out for it and any dealer would be lying if they say they have never heard of the problem. There can be gaps where air passes through the rubber seals in either A pillar causing whistling.

My CC was worked on 3 times over a 6 month period to fix the problem.

If you don't think it's there, check the roof rack if you have one.

They located a gap in the seals on the a pillar in the door and added some felt to close the gap. It helped a little. Later they actually re-aligned the drivers door slightly.

The paperwork references a #1905692 number. Not sure if that is the TSB number or not

Hope that helps!
