What do you guys think? Didn't turn out as expected because the guy that installed them didn't add all 3 spacers, but I think it turned out okay.

Which kit did you go with?

I'm guessing it was the Rough Country leveling kit which uses shims to level the truck.

Your mechanic can go back and add the last one if you want it higher.

Sorry, i should have been more specific. Did you go with the leveling kit, the three inch lift or a leveling kit and a block in the rear? I ask because the rear looks a little higher than before.

I had the 2.5' Truxxx kit installed in the front. The guy installing it left out the 3rd spacer so I only got a 2" lift in the front. I'm taking it back next week to get the other spacer installed. I ordered and installed a 1.5" block in the back. Can't decide if I like the lift in the back or not.

Thanks for clearing that up. From the picture, I think it looks good with the block in the rear. One more question, did you leave the stock tires on or did you go up a size? It looks like they are still stock but the photo is a bit small, making it hard to compare.

Thanks

Looks much better man! I need to post pics of mine, I installed the Rough Country leveling kit that replaces the torsion bar keys on my 2005 1500 last week. I opted not to place any blocks in the back cuz I would have to crank the front after replacing the keys which would really put even more stress on the front end. Not to mention I installed a ranch hand brush guard also and it sits nice and level. This way I still could crank it up 1.5 more inches but wont to avoid unwanted wear. Just my opinion though, you should think about puttin the blocks in the back cuz you are gunna be cranked to the max in the front to sit level. If you want the entire truck lifted just get a 3" suspension. More expensive but it will save you money in the long run for sure.

Buy lowering springs. I don't understand why you would want to lower a truck though, if you want to improve gas mileage buy a tonneau cover or a programmer to tweek the engine. You dont mess with success!!
