Door Doesn't Shut Tightly, Any Ideas?

The door on my '86 GMC K1500 doesn't shut tightly. When you close the door, it does lock, however the door sticks out. Are there any ways to adjust something so the door closes tightly against the truck?

i'd start by looking at the hinges of the doors. the pins are probably all bagged out and have lots of slop. id look at the striker bolt and the lock mechanism in the door as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!
