00 Tahoe Pcm Fried?

Hi everyone, i'm new here and hope to find a little help with my 2000 Chevy Tahoe.

Lately i've been having a lot of diffrent problems with it. For starters the idle rpm was too high so i changed the TPS which helped, then it started going up and down in rpm while holding still so i chnged the MAF sensor and that helped. So about a week ago it would set out when trying to accelerate, so i changed the fuel pump and fuel filter and the day after when driving it just died and wouldn't start again, the fuel gauge shows empty even if it's a full tank and the message control center keeps showing empty on fuel and security. So now the fuel pump isn't running when turning the ignition on, i can get it to run if i give it + and - at the Junction Block under the hood. Found a few wires near the starter that was torn, but i fixed those and still no luck. So i tried smelling the PCM and it smelled a little like burned circuit.

Any ideas will be mostly appreciated.

Thanks

Today i tested the PCM with a voltmeter and apparently it seems okay it gives +12volt and +5volt where it should. but the funny thing is the +12volt for the Fuel pump relay, when i give the relay +12v from the battery + i can hear it click so it works, but when i take a wire directly from the PCM to the Fuel pump relay it shows 0volts so i'm think that it might be getting a ground somewhere it shouldn't.

Also i havn't figured out why the fuel gauge is showing empty, but tomorrow i will try and give the fuel sensor in the tank a direct wire from the PCM to see if there might me a short somewhere along and if still no luck i will have to try and drop the tank again and see if there is a short inside the fuel pump.

If anyone have had any experience similar please drop a line any help would be great.
