5.3 Upgrades

Hello all, newbee here, I was wondering if anyone has done any serious engine mods to their 5.3 like install z06 cam or any other internal mods? I have a 2005 z71 cc and I use it to pull my car trailer but it could use about 50 to 60 more hp on the bottom end. Any info would be great to read Thanx -Rob. OBTW sort of got a kick out of that kid with the payota turdra it was and interesting swing off subject, it just proves how some other forums (TOYOTAs) are seriously disfunctional. out
