2007 Chev Colorado Hitch Installation ?

How do I get the bolt inside the frame of the colorado to attach the receiver hitch?. The frame is a long square enclosed with the holes deep into the box.

There should be some coiled up wire with the hardware kit, you simply thread the straight in first, grab it through the hole, then screw in a flag bolt in the coiled section and pull it through. At least, that's how it was on my 05.
