Evap Vent Solenoid, E85 Recall?!?

So I just had this replaced under warranty, just tryin to figure out exactly what it is? Report shows:

 

EVAP VENT SOLENOID INOP J7908/1.1 PERF DIAG TEST, CHECK EVAP CIRCUIT, REPLACE EVAP VENT SOLENOID KIT AS PER TECH BUL#02-06-04-037D CLEAR CODE & RETEST (6C).

 

Also at the bottom had:

 

Y0124/0.4A/0.3 0.7 HRS PERF RECALL, CHECK ETHANOL STATUS & CONTENT PERF RECALL, PROGRAM PCM AS PER E85 RECALL (95)

 

Was there some type of recall on the E85 5.3L ???

 

I just want to understand what they did...
