Transfer Case Leak

Well it appears I have the dreaded pump wear hole in my 2003 2500 suburban. Of course my warranty expired in Jan so I need to know what my options are as far as the dealership. I would not be too concerned with it initially, but I just got back from a 800 mile trip and it leaked a lot out I don't think there is much left and I have no idea of damage internally. My only saving grace may be that I had a small accident while on the trip and they could have possibly hit the tire and caused the rear-end to move causing the driveshaft to move and possibly breaking the spring. I am bringing it to the dealer to get the accident repair done, I am hoping they can find evidence the rear tire got hit and could have shifted. Thoughts??
