Programmer Or Module

I am in the market of possibly buying a another programmer or a Jet Chip Performance Module. Im just searching on here to find out what most pepole(truck Owners) are using and how they like them.

 

I have had Jet Performance Programmer for my '05 Silverado and a Superchips Programer for my '06 GTO. They both seemed to work great and made a difference in sound and performance.

 

I was thinking of going with the Jet Performance Module Stage 2 or possibly with Diablo Sport or maybe back to Superchips. If anyone has any other module or programmer let me know what you think of it. I wanna stay away with the expensive shop tune so that I can change the tune back to factory before any dealership visits. I even thought of just buying something to raise the speed limiter and leaving everything else stock due to gas prices... I'd hate to have to resort back to filling with premium fuel if I didnt have to. I dont drive her much so It may not be a big concern right now.

 

My only" performance mods" so far are Volant powercore Cold air intake and flowmaster exhaust. Like my many vehicles before I told myself I was not going to do anything with the new '07 Sierra. Well, here I am again!

You're in luck! There's already tons of info regarding various handheld and custom tunes on the forum. So if you want some personal opinions, search away. But nothing will compare to buying it and trying it out for yourself. If it's a handheld, you can return it if you're not happy. If it's a custom tune, you can send it back to have them fix is so that you are happy. It's a win no matter what you do!

Yea, I know. Thanks. Im just lazy. Been a member of the GTO forum for couple years and should have just did some searching. Just wanted to weed through all the old posts and see what the new age trucks were running with..thanks...my search begins.

dont think about JET chip.....absolutly worthless....ask anyone. I learned that the hard way. Not a damn difference between stock and the jet GM module.
