Dash Light And Gauge Issue

I have a 1999 Silverado 1500 4WD LS EXT Cab.. It has 120K miles on it and garaged from day one. One day when driving to work on a nice day the following happened:

 

1. ABS light came on

2. Temp gauge to 0

3. Fuel gauge to E

4. Security light on and off

5. Low Fuel light on and off

6. transmission indicator not showing that I am in drive. (but lights are on)

 

alternator, oil, speed, mileage gauges all working.. aong with radio etc..

 

All lights, inc. signal working..

 

If you stop the truck the security light remains on all the time.. but the truck starts right up... if you let the truck sit for more than two days the trucks battery is dead (The battery, which was the original was replaced about 4 months ago, after the problem started)

 

Any ideas? I mean I could say a short somewhere.. but looking for more details..
