Suspension Question

i want to raise my silverado, and tuff country makes an add-a-leaf system for around 80 bucks. is this a good idea or should i go with the rear block instead?

 

and furthermore, if i do raise the rear (i'm going to level the front first) can i still use OEM spec shocks, or do i need to get bigger shocks? (the lift would only be 3 inches)

o yeah- and one more thing- does anyone know where to find spacers for a 2000 silverado? i can find them for the rear only. thanks.
