Vent Visors

Thinking about vent visors for my 08 ccb. Any opinions or experiences with them (ie. in channel or 3m tape type)? Curious if the in channel type cause any type of window closing issue or wind noise. Can't say as I 've seen any on an nnbs yet. Pictures welcome...

Thanks.

I am putting WeatherTech in channel vent visors on my new Tahoe. My Dad put them on his Escalade (2002) as well. I think the look of the in channel ones have a much more finished look rather than the tacked on look of the tape ones. I've driven my Dad's Escalade a fair amount and haven't had any issue with wind noise or window closure. On the WeatherTech site they have pictures of the vent visors installed on a nnbs.

I have had Vent Shade branded in channel shades on my Yuk XL for over 2 years with no wind noise or issues at all. The slimmer design looks better to me.

Sorry about the threadjack! First time ever, I swear. :dunno:

I don't have any visors but I have heard nothing but good things about the in-track ones. 3M stick-on tape should never be used on a vehicle for adding accessories.

Always ready to pic ho the ride :dunno:

I used to think vent visors were UGLY... but those don't look too bad. I still can't figure out why anybody would want them...
