Xm Reciever - Xm Radio

So i am trying to get all of the xm channels on my radio- its the factory xm stereo. I can get Potus 08, Sports channel, 0 and preview. I can listen to the channels fine, but cannot get the rest of them. I called XM and they keep sending refresh signals but it doesnt work.

 

When i first turn the radio on for a split second a message that says 'chkxmrcvr' comes on. Any ideas?

Forgot to add that its in a 2005 sierra.

"the general" refers to General Motors aka dealership.
