what did a TBI 5.7 have?

Depends on what year,My '93 had 210hp,but my '94 had 200hp....this is in 1/2-ton & "light" 3/4-ton trucks,the 5.7's in "heavy" 3/4-ton & 1-ton trucks had 190hp.

Yeah,strange but true.

The "Heavy" 3/4-ton-up trucks (8600lb GVWR & up) had "HD" emissions and different compression which meant less hp.

I'm not sure why there was a hp difference between '93 & '94 1/2-ton model-years,but I had both years, and the only thing I noticed that my '94 had that my '93 didn't have was a "resonator/silencer" on the air intake tube (The tube running from the RH fender to the air cleaner itself)

Also my '93 had a flat "pancake" style converter, where as my '94 had a "rounded" style converter called a "closed coupled exhaust"

so Vortec only added about 45 HP? still nice... what about TBI Tq numbers?

Anywhere between 300-310,again it depends on the year, and if its a "LD" or "HD" emissions 5.7
