What Is The Pro Grade Package

Just wondering what the difference is in the suspension witht he Pro Grade Package. I test drove one over the weekend and it seemed to ride a bit harsh. Different springs? Shocks? This is what it had:

i have the pro grade package and love it. .handles so nice i think it has bigger sway bars on it, not sure but the 20's def make a difference

Springs are the same on all the 1/2-tons. So the difference is in the shocks, sway bars, etc.

it did feel like it handled better them my 06 in the turns. just worried about those big 20" rims in the snow.

As you should. It wasn't called the "Pro Grade" pkg in 07, but I have that same set-up and I dumped the factory 20's for 18's with meatier tires. Rides 100% better now. I still have the "High Performance" suspension pkg, but do not have the harsh ride from the low-pro 20" tires.

 

The stock 20" GY tires sucked in the snow!!!
