Need a set for a 08 Yukon. Are the weathertech "Floorliners" any good.

Yes, they are well worth the money. I wouldn't get anything but them again on any future vehicle I own. I'm not sure about places with warm climates year round, but here in Canada they are amazing and worth their value in the winter.

Weathertechs are very good...

 

I just wish I had the money to get them.

 

Here in El Paso they would be good for my truck because I go out to the local sand dunes a lot to ride.

Do a search on Weathertech --- I believe, many moons ago, I posted pics of them in my truck. IT is a GREAT company with GREAT customer service.

 

I have the floor liners, front and back.

 

The minor gripe, which I happen to agree with, is that the coverage is so good and complete, that they, to a small degree, remove some of the luxury "feel" on the interior of the truck, as the carpet is so well shielded. Now, I have the light coloroed interior (off-white). Thus, for me, that issue was overshadowed by the protection offered.

Nope. No good. They are damn near perfect. Think of them as a floorpan condom... Nothing gets thru.

I almost ordered them for my new Taurus company car but I am afraid I could have heard my Vice Pres screaming a thousand miles away if I bought a set of $180.00 floor mats. They did look very nice on their website and I may do it anyway.

 

I had covered the carpet in my old Caravan with cheap deck carpeting and then placed some good all weather rubber mats on top of it. This worked well because the floor was completely flat. Not so with the Taurus.

 

I have a set of Husky's in my Wife's Yukon XL and they are ok but not in the league with Weathertechs. Shoot, I may have to get her a new set of Weathertechs for her Birthday or our Anniversary. I am sure she would be speechless.

There is not a better set of floor liners out there, period. They are expensive but well worth the cost.

In case someone hasn't responded......the weathertech floormats are awesome!

I had Husky mats in my YukonXL and although they were good too, nothing comared to the Weathertech.

I, too, have a set, and they're great! They fit perfectly! I don't have the FloorLiner (they don't make them for the GMT400 trucks, unfortunately ), but I have the All-Weather Floor Mats and they provide nearly as good of coverage, just without as much liquid-containing ability. My friend bought a FloorLiner for his Tahoe within the last few months after seeing how good my All-Weather Floor Mats were, and it, too, fits great. If I had the choice, I'd get the FloorLiner.
