Here’s my problem.. I have a 02 Silverado.. I have customized several things in it, including some electrical accessories. Well a while back I started having a problem with my interior lights. This is what its doing…

 

 

When the doors are open the interior lights do not come on. But on the message center of the gauges it says cargo light is on.

 

(The cargo light is not actually on)

 

 

When I hit the switch for the cargo light to come on.. The message center says its on but it actually not.

 

 

The 3rd break light I have is stock.

 

 

This problem started when I installed a LED light behind the gauge cluster.. I went back and couldn’t find what I did wrong.. the wires I ran for the positive and the negative were the ones in the cig lighter.

 

 

Has anyone had this problem before? Or know what it could be?
