Because I'm not a fan of cranking torsion bars to the sky.

 

Brian, I know you know about torsion cranking, and your old truck was cranked. Just keep it to a reasonable level (1.5"). I'd try cranking the stock keys first, hell of a lot cheaper.

 

If you do go with this 'kit', look into the Cognito UCAs, they are supposed to correct the ball joint angles, and help the ride out.

Well I have been looking for those shock extender mounts cause I really dont need to had the 3" block in the rear... All I need to do is crank the torsion bars about an 1"-1.5" like you said...

 

The black z71 has gone about 60k on cranked torsions and thats after everything was replaced in the front...
