i am having a problem with my radio reception in my 2003 silverado, can someone please tell me if there is another antenna connection besides the one that goes on the radio itself. and if so,how do i get to it?

i bet that if you pull the radio, the input for the radio plug is loose, try that and tell us how if goes...

i have done that a few times, did not work for me, it works after it sits for awhile then seems when it warms up it loses reception Thanks

Ive had this happen before. It turned out it was a bad cable that connects the antenna to the radio.
