Non Power Rear Windows To Power

Does anyone know is I can convert my rear non power windows on my 08 Ext cab to power? I was looking at the glass and it appears to eb the same setup as the power version but without the Power.

Maybe they changed the setup for 2008. But, for the 2007's, the power slider was side to side, not up and down. So, to go with GM's powered option, you'd have to replace the whole back window (3 pieces of glass, instead of 1). If GM had designed it as an up/down slider, I probably would've been more interested in it.

 

One other thing to keep in mind... The rear slider does not have a defroster built-in. (Which was another negative for me.)
