Coil Relocation

I am trying everything to find a way to do a coil relocation on my 5.3. I really like the GM Performance valve covers and I think they would look really bad ass esp. after getting headers on it. Well obviously, I need to do something with the coils. Nasty Performance has a relocation kit, but they use long wires and harness extensions, and I don't know if I want really long wires strung all over the engine compartment. Other than that, they have a billet relocation kit that works only with their valve covers, but by the time you are said and done along with "Chevrolet" engraved on the top, you're at a grand....don't really want to spend that...and I think they raised letters and bowtie on the GM ones look better anyway. Anyone have any ideas or know some place that would make something?? Thanks!!!
