I was a member on here a while back. Bought another Suburban, soooo, I'm back again. I bought my seventh Suburban. I'm down to three Suburbans now. As much as I hate to, I am doing a re-body on my 78 K15 GMC Suburban. Runs great. Rusts even better.!! I am not putting a Sub body on though. I'm sliding a 65 Cheby pickup cab/bed on the Suburban frame. It's going to be a play toy.

I have a 98 K2500 Suburban with 243k on it. Edelbrock headers with true duals with dynomax mufflers. K&N air filter. Crane Power Programer. Has it's problems, but still hauls....

I just picked up an 89 K1500 from California. It is painted nasty Rustoleum flat green, with flat black bumpers, grill, and wheels. It had a blown engine when I bought it. Now, it has a warmed up 355 with the TBI. Haven't played with it too hard, yet, as I'm still doing an engine break-in. But what I have squeezed out, has given my 33's some grief.

Type to you later.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome back.

I have spent the last couple of days cleaning the interior of the latest aquired Suburban. The previous owners were pigs(Their kids must have loved animal crackers. These crackers are hard to get out of the carpet once moisture has done it's evil work)..... I will see about posting pics(I am not 'puter savvy, so may need some assistance) of the flat green Subby. If it wasn't for the typical Suburban rust(driver rear quarter, rockers, panel below the cargo doors, rear cargo door bottoms), the body is excellent. Only has one small scrape. !!!! Something new to terrorize the neighborhood with.
