I had the same problem on my '95,after spending a ton of money I saw on a thread here to check all the wiring in the engine compartment,it turned out to be a wire from the oil pressure sensor which had melted against the exhaust manifold under the power steering pump, pulled the wire loose and VROOM!! started right up..so check that.It seems there is a built in safety feature where unless the ECM sees oil pressure the engine won't run.Maybe you cut or pinched a wire somewhere.

good luck,Gary
