Blower Motor Won't Work On High

I have a 2007 Silverado classic w/t, and the heater motor will work on 1,2,3,4 speeds but not on 5, when I put it on 5 I hear a clicking noise by the Blower motor I think there is a relay or something down there.

more than likely the blower motor resistor.. cause its obviously not the motor itself.. cause it sees voltage through the resistor..and works on all the others besides 5. These are pretty common on going out... weird on an 07 tho. i usually get em on the 2001 or 02.. older pontiacs buicks, trucks, etc...

Check the resistor connector for a melted terminal when you replace it.... Most of the time you will need the connector and resistor.

 

Should be under warantee?
