I'm Going To Toss Her Out The Window!

:D:shakehead: ARGH! I'm going to toss her out the window (5th floor)! My coworker/assistant is really pushing my patience (and I'm a really patient person) and tolerance! Not staying focused on the task that I need to ship in 3 hours (high priority code change) to a client. Doing a shoddy analysis resulting in me giving the client incorrect information on change impacts (talked my way around that yesterday). Fixating on other known issues that the client doesn't want addressed. Wanting to change naming standards just because. Not following direction. Not wanting to implement what the client wants because she thinks her way is better (true, but if the client wants the output format like that to fit their processes than so be it).

:D

Now back to your regularly scheduled entertainment.

Just open the window first. Less mess on your end.

Oh if only the windows opened at all! :shakehead:

Is she at least good to look at :shakehead: ? I can overlook uselessness if she is good on the eyes. But if she has been hit with the ugly bat, then pitch her out the window.

I need her conscious to finish her testing and documentation. :shakehead:

That's the problem. QA/Documentation folks and coders just don't mix. It's like oil & water. Our QA team here is in a completely different building than we are. And there's two ponds separating us. They're out of shouting/throwing distance, which is usually a good thing.

She's not bad looking, though married, and a daughter. I've actually known her longer for a number of years and got her the job here as an intermediate programmer and assistant to me. Had to set her straight earlier on that that she just can't go and change requirements that the client has agreed on because she doesn't like it that way and to actually review the customer requirements.

We don't have a QA/Docs department here, so it's up to do each other's QA and docs.

She's not bad looking... and a daughter.

Sounds like some sort of agreement might be able to be reached after all! :pimp:

 Her daughter is 3.5 y/o!

Giraffes are already in heat when they're 3.5, so you've got to excuse Daddy...
