Fast Reverse Shifting

I've had this problem since I bought my truck with 94000 miles. When I shift into reverse, it shifts really fast into gear. So fast that if I'm not fast enough shifting from drive to park, it will pop momentarily into reverse as I pass by that selector. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! thanks

you could try posting in the Full size truck section, more people will see it and you might get an answer faster...

I thought about it, but its a duramax/allison and I thought more people that new about them would be in here.
