I bought my truck used from a dealership. The previous owner bought it in California. So my question is, how do I check to see if it's compliant with California emissions laws? Also, where can I get the California standards for my truck? I have looked already and not had any luck.

You should do a Carfax report...if the truck was first sold in Ca. it would have to be Ca. compliant.I believe some states even have their vehicles built to Ca. standards

Out here, the seller is responsible for meeting the emission requirement. If you are buying from a dealer, seems to me they would be responsible for it meeting standards.
