Tsb Lookup On Envoy

I have posted this in the SUV forums but I think more read this one......

 

TSB Number:3086 NHTSA Number:10009512 TSB Date:January 1, 2004

 

My other vehicle does this when it gets real cold, whistle sound from under hood when slight load on throttle, maybe this is the TSb for it. Still seems to do it when engine is warm but the outside temp is real cold. it has been around -20 C to - 30 C here the last week and it has been doing it. Also has done it in previous years also during the winter. Can someone look it up for me and post or PM me with it.

Turns out that this particular TSB does not pertain to my situation as I do not have a Gen iii engine, but I do have the same sounding symptoms......hhhmmmmm

But of course.... having consumers that actually know things about their vehicles only means GM is held accountable instead of allowing dealers to play dumb!
