Heavy Duty 5.7

Does anybody know how to ID the 5.7 from 1996 that were rated as Heavy duty? It's my understanding that they had the reagular 5.7 and the HD version that year. Thanks

Do you have a 1/2 ton, most came with 2 bolt main's, the truck's with over 8,500 lb rating, came with the 4 bolt main, which is considered the heavy duty. My '99 C2500 has a sticker on the factory air box stating it's heavy duty. If, I'm wrong, I apologize for mis-leading you.
