Ok Computer Guys! Another Problem

I have seen a bunch of computer guys on here, so I am looking to you for a little help. I have a IBM T41 lappy refurbished. It has been running fine, I got the BSOD a couple of weeks ago, and haven't seen anything since, until last night it the screen went blank, and I had to hard shutdown. Since then I cant boot in windows due to a BSOD for unbootable boot disc. I dont have xp cd for it, and looking to if there is a way obtain a repair cd for my other xp machine or anything else. Should I look into Linux, I would prefer xp, but if I could load Linux onthere long enough to find a way to load fix xp..anything...

Time to buy a new PC! at least thats the easy fix!

aaha, I have brought it back to life thanks to a copy of ultimate boot cd for windows..it gave me the recovery console for me to able to restore windows...hahahahhah hell yeah!

Then another thing due the cold weather my fridges water line froze in a uninsulated closet below the fridge overnight Thursday, and just came back on now...now I can drink water again! That kicks ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
