well, what do you guys think is the biggest Sporting event of the year?

Daytona 500 for me.

General, are we speaking "in general" (sory for the pun!) or last year specific? Last year, I think the WS was pretty momentous........I would like to see more coverage of Olympic Bunny Hunting though.........one can only hope...

Alright, looks like I have some 'splaining to do.

I'm not talking about any year in particular. I guess another way to ask is "What is the biggest annual (that rules out the olympics) sporting event of all?"

For me personally, the biggest event of the year is the NCAA basketball championship game. Especially when Duke wins! And General, with my Devils, that is almost an annual event!!

The Superbowl for me, followed by

the Daytona 500.

I voted for the Daytona 500. The reason being, is that stock car racing is the sport for me, and the Daytona 500 is the biggest stock car race. After that I would say the Super Bowl, followed by the World Series.
