So i am trying to gather interest in a BB tune in KS and i joined some other forums to spread the word and apparently some forums dont like that kinda stuff. Especially gmtruckclub because it wasnt up 12 hours and BAM i got a warning #1 and the post was deleted. I get on and think WTF ok i definately wont be on that site nemore. Anyothers that i should avoid?

That's dumb. Did they say why they gave you a warning and deleted the post? Maybe Diablo or another tuner is a sponsor there?

The_Chupacabra.

Either mr_bots is right or the moderators on that other forum merely thought that you were spamming for BlackBear. Perhaps if you were to contact those mods and explain that you were trying to inform and not spam, that would make a differance? And then again, perhaps not.

Cheers. lvlagnum.

Here's the thing about stuff like that. It's riding the line as far as rules go...We've got sponsors that pay to advertise their services here, and when group buys are set up for the same or similar products that our vendors offer...It can get sticky. So I'm not surprised that it got deleted elsewhere.

well i dunno it doesnt make much sense because the group buy is set up because of their advertising and thus being good. I dont see a list of vendors on that site like here and there have been people on that site that have talked about their black bear tune and how much they loved it. Just about the same thing I dunno maybe its just the 4 years of business school that is clouding my reasoning. :)

Most sites have vendors that pay to advertise. It's either that or rely solely on things like google ads or member contributions.

Our sponsors are pretty much the only reason this site exists. This place eats up a pretty penny in bandwidth every month thanks to the poho brigade :)

People talking about what they have is fine. People talking about what they like is fine. Constantly linking to a non-sponsor vendor is not a good idea, it'll get you slapped down. Blackbear is really good about staying on the whiter side of gray here...They know how it works.

I have no idea what you mean by that

So it's not like a spiderwebber? Interesting.

Can you ride the tubes? Or will they get all clogged up?

Guess it depends on the size of my packets huh.
